Objective To explore the effect of rabeprazole combined with Weikangling capsule on patients with gastric ulcer.Methods The clinical data of one hundred and twenty-five patients with gastric ulcer admit-ted from October 2020 to August 2022 in Lintao County People's Hospital were retrospectively selected,and the patients were divided into two groups according to different treatment method.The study group(n=63)was treated with rabeprazole combined with Weikangling capsule,and the control group(n=62)was treated with ra-beprazole.Treatment effect,adverse reactions,inflammatory factors,and Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score of two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group(95.24%)was higher than that of the control group(83.87%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.333,P<0.05).There was no sig-nificant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(9.52%vs 12.90%)(χ2=0.359,P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-6,tumor necrosis factor-α,interleukin-8 and VAS scores in two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The combined applica-tion of rabeprazole and Weikangling capsule has obvious effect in the treatmentof gastric ulcer.
