Objective To discuss the effect of breast augmentation combined with prosthesis implantation and autologous fat transplantation.Methods A total of 65 patients who underwent breast augmentation surgery in the plastic surgery of Dongying District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Shandong Province from February 2021 to April 2023 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into two groups according to random number table method.The control group(n=30)underwent breast augmentation with prosthesis im-plantation and the study group(n=35)underwent breast augmentation with prosthesis implantation and autolo-gous fat transplantation.The surgical indicators,surgical effects,complications and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The intraoperative blood loss and drainage volume of the study group were less than those of the control group,the indwelling time of drainage tube and hospital stay were shorter than those of the control group,and the satisfaction score of treatment effect was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The excellent rate of operation in the study group was 91.43%,which was higher than 66.67%in the control group,and the difference was statis-tically significant(χ2=6.191,P<0.05).The complication rate of the study group was 5.72%,which was lower than that of the control group(23.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.204,P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of prosthesis implantation and autologous fat transplantation can improve the ex-cellent rate of breast augmentation,reduce the risk of complications,and improve patient satisfaction.
