摘要
目的 分析铸瓷嵌体修复在磨牙缺损患者中的治疗效果.方法 选取2021年4月—2023年3月绥阳县人民医院收治的86例磨牙缺损患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,各43例.对照组行常规树脂填充,观察组行铸瓷嵌体修复,治疗后随访6个月.对比两组修复成功率、修复效果、牙龈状况、咀嚼效率、生活质量和并发症发生情况.结果 观察组修复成功率为97.67%,高于对照组的81.40%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.468,P=0.038).观察组边缘密合、修复体完整性、牙龈健康、咬合舒适度占比高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).治疗后观察组的菌斑指数、牙龈指数低于对照组,咀嚼效率、生活质量综合评定问卷内各维度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 铸瓷嵌体修复能够有效修复缺牙,具有较高的修复成功率,能够改善牙龈状况,提升咀嚼效率,提高患者生活质量,且并发症少.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of cast porcelain inlay repair in molar defect pa-tients.Methods A total of 86 patients with molar defect admitted to Suiyang County People's Hospital from April 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group received conventional resin filling,the ob-servation group received cast porcelain inlay repair,and the follow-up was 6 months after treatment.The repair success rate,repair effect,gum condition,mastication efficiency,quality of life and complications were com-pared between the two groups.Results The repair success rate in the observation group was 97.67%,which was higher than that in the control group 81.40%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.468,P=0.038).The proportions of marginal tightness,restoration integrity,gingival health and occlusal comfort in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the complication rate was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the plaque index and gingival index of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the mastication effi-ciency and the scores of all dimensions in the comprehensive evaluation questionnaire of quality of life were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Cast porcelain inlay repair can effectively repair missing teeth,with a high success rate of repair,can improve the gum condition,improve chewing efficiency,improve life quality of patients,and less complications.
