Clinical Application of Self-made Transparent Wooden Bed Combined with Anterior Subcutan-enous Fixation Stent System in the Treatment of Anterior Pelvic Ring Fracture
Objective To analyze the value of self-made transparent wooden bed combined with anterior subcutaneous internal fixation(INFIX)stent system in the treatment of anterior pelvic ring fractures. Methods A total of 92 patients with anterior pelvic ring fractures who underwent elective surgery in the department of Or-thopedics,Tianshui Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from August 2019 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects.According to the 1:1 random coin toss principle, the patients were divided into study group and control group,46 cases each. The control group were received treatment with a conventional operating bed combined with an INFINIX stent system, while the study group were received treat-ment with a self-made transparent wooden bed combined with an INFINIX stent system. The prognosis of the study group and the control group were recorded. Results The intraoperative blood loss and operation time in the study group were less than that in the control group(both P<0.05).The fixation efficiency(2.17%)and the incidence of lower extremity venous thrombosis(0)were significantly lower than the control group(13.04%,8.70%),with significant differences(χ2=3.866,4.182,both P<0.05).The rate of excellent pelvic function in the study group was 95.65%higher than that of the control group 82.61%,and the difference was statistically sig-nificant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combined with INFIX stent system can reduce the operation time, reduce the patient, improve the surgical effect, reduce the efficiency of postoperative internal fixation, and improve the pel-vic function.
