Objective To explore the diagnostic value of dynamic magnetic resonance imaging and ultra-sound in the diagnosis of breast diseases. Methods A total of eighty patients with suspected breast lesions who were treated in Yanzhou District People's Hospital of Jining City in Shandong Province from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects to perform dynamic enhanced magnetic resonance imaging and ultrasound diagnosis.Taking pathological examination as the gold standard, the diagnostic efficacy and di-agnostic coincidence rate of different examination methods were compared. Results Among 80 suspected pa-tients with breast lesions,70 were positive and 10 were negative. There were 67 positive cases and 13 nega-tive cases in dynamic enhanced breast magnetic resonance imaging.Ultrasound diagnostic were positive in 66 cases and negative in 14 cases. The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of dynamic enhanced magnetic reso-nance imaging for breast lesions were 94.29%,90.00%,93.75%,which were higher than these of ultrasound ex-amination(91.43%,80.00%and 90.00%),and the difference were not statistically significant(χ2=0.099,0.139,0.313,all P>0.05).The diagnostic coincidence rates of two examination methods for breast fibroma, breast cyst, mammary inflammatory lesions, and mammary hyperplasia were compared, the differences were not statistically significant(all P>0.05).Conclusion Dynamic enhanced magnetic resonance imaging has the same effect as ultrasound in the diagnosis of breast diseases,so it can be used as an effective auxiliary diag-nostic tool to help identify breast diseases.
