摘要
目的 探讨经颅多普勒超声(transcranial doppler ultrasound,TCD)在诊断缺血性脑卒中的应用价值.方法 选取2022年1月—2023年12月单县中心医院收治的102例疑似缺血性脑卒中患者为研究对象,均采用TCD检查,以数字减影血管造影(digital subtraction angiography,DSA)为诊断金标准,分析TCD诊断缺血性脑卒中的诊断效能.结果 102例疑似患者中,DSA诊断阳性36例,阴性66例;诊断阳性35例,阴性67例.TCD的诊断准确度为95.10%、灵敏度为91.67%、特异度为96.97%,与DSA诊断结果具有较好的一致性(kappa=0.892).结论 TCD诊断缺血性脑卒中的准确度较高,诊断效能良好,具有较为理想的应用价值.
Abstract
Objective To explore the value of transcranial Doppler ultrasonography(TCD)in the diagnosis of ischemic stroke in patients.Methods A total of 102 suspected ischemic stroke patients admitted to Shanxian Central Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects.Their brains were ex-amined by TCD.Using digital subtraction angiography(DSA)as the gold standard,the diagnostic efficacy of TCD in the diagnosis of ischemic stroke was analyzed.Results DSA diagnosis was positive in 36 cases and nega-tive in 66 cases.TCD diagnosis was positive in 35 cases and negative in 67 cases.The diagnostic accuracy sensi-tivity and specificity of TCD were 95.10%,91.67%and 96.97%,which were in good agreement with those of DSA(kappa=0.892).Conclusion Transcranial Doppler ultrasonography has high accuracy,good diagnostic efficacy in the diagnosis of ischemic stroke,and it has ideal application volue.
