摘要

急性缺血性脑卒中(acute ischemic stroke,AIS)是一种高病死率的脑血管疾病,对人类的健康影响极其深远.目前,磁共振动脉自旋标记(three-dimensional arterial spin labeling,3D-ASL)及磁共振弥散加权成像(diffusion weighted imaging,DWI)逐步投入实践之中,在诊断AIS方面已发挥了一定的作用.本文将综述3D-ASL、DWI技术在临床诊治AIS中的应用情况,为接下来的研究提供依据.

Abstract

Acute ischemic stroke(AIS)is a cerebrovascular disease with a high mortality rate and has a profound impact on human health.At present,magnetic resonance three-dimensional arterial spin labeling(3D-ASL)and magnetic resonance diffusion weighted imaging(DWI)technology are gradually used in clinical practice,and have played a certain role in the diagnosis of AIS.This paper will focus on the application of 3D-ASL and DWI technology in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of AIS,in order to provide reference for the subsequent research progress.
