Objective To study the curative effect advantage of Sishen Decoction+etoricoxib tablet in the treatment of patients with early knee osteoarthritis.Methods A total of eighty patients with early knee osteoar-thritis admitted to Guangdong Second Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups by different treatment methods,with forty patients in each group.The control group was treated with etoricoxib tablet,and the study group was treated with Sishen Decoction+etoricoxib tablet.The oxidative stress indicators(3-nitrotyrosine,malondialdehyde,8-iso-prostane glandin),bone metabolism indicators(Human tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase 5b,Osteocalcin)and safety of the two groups were compared.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the level of oxidative stress between the two groups(all P＞0.05).After treatment,the oxidative stress levels of both groups were decreased,and the study group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P＜0.05).After treatment,the level of human tartate-resistant acid phosphatase 5b in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the level of osteocalcin was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(both P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 10.00%(4/40),which was lower than 27.50(11/40)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=3.158,P＜0.001).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with early knee osteoar-thritis,Sishen Decoction+etoricoxib tablet can achieve more obvious therapeutic effect,improve the serum in-dexes of patients,optimize the bone metabolism level of patients,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
