摘要
目的 探讨苁蓉益肾颗粒联合缬沙坦治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的效果.方法 选取2022年1-12月溧阳市人民医院收治的80例慢性肾小球肾炎患者为研究对象,按治疗方法的不同分为两组,各40例.对照组应用缬沙坦治疗,观察组应用苁蓉益肾颗粒联合缬沙坦治疗.检测两组的尿素氮、尿红细胞个数、尿β2微球蛋白、肌酐和24 h尿蛋白排泄量,评估两组的症状评分.结果 治疗后,观察组的尿素氮[(5.38±0.49)mmol/L]、尿红细胞个数[(139.27±11.45)个/μl]、尿β2微球蛋白[(2.17±0.12)mg/L]、[肌酐(103.48±10.33)μmol/L]和24 h尿蛋白排泄量[(0.95±0.14)g/24 h]均明显低于对照组[(6.14±0.52)mmol/L、(246.13±34.27)个/μl、(2.39±0.15)mg/L、(117.43±11.26)μmol/L和(1.63±0.29)g/24 h],差异有统计学意义(t=6.293、17.497、6.775、5.401、12.493,P均＜0.05).治疗后,两组的腰膝酸软、疲乏无力、肢体肿胀、头晕、尿浊尿血和气短评分均明显降低,且观察组各评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均＜0.05).结论 苁蓉益肾颗粒联合缬沙坦能明显改善慢性肾小球肾炎患者的肾功能,减轻症状.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of Congrong Yishen Granules combined with valsartan in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis.Methods Eighty patients with chronic glomerulonephritis admitted to Liyang People's Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into two groups of 40 cases each according to different trratment methods.Patients in the control group were treated with application of valsartan,and patients in the observation group were treated with Congrong Yishen Granules combined with valsartan.The urea nitrogen,urinary erythrocytes count,the urinary β2-microglobulin,the creatinine,and the 24-hour urinary protein excretion were detected in the two groups,and the symptom scores of the two groups were assessed.Results After treatment,the urea nitrogenn[(5.38±0.49)mmol/L],uri-nary erythrocyte count[(139.27±11.45)ceus/μl],β2-microglobulin[(2.17±0.12)mg/L],creatinine[(103.48±10.33)μmol/L],and 24-hour urinary protein excretion[(0.95±0.14)g/24 h]in the observation group were sig-nificantly lower than those in the control group[(6.14±0.52)mmol/L,(246.13±34.27)cells/μl,(2.39±0.15)mg/L,(117.43±11.26)μmol/L,and(1.63±0.29)g/24 h],and the differences were statistically significant(t=6.293,17.497,6.775,5.401,12.493,all P＜0.05).After treatment,the scores of lumbar and knee soreness,fatigue and weakness,limb swelling,dizziness,blood in urine and shortness of breath were significantly reduced in both groups,and the scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P＜0.05).Conclusion Congrong Yishen Granules combined with valsartan can significantly improve renal function and reduce symptoms in patients with chronic glomerulone-phritis.
