Objective To analyze the therapeutic efficacy of the self-proposed formula"Jianpi Hewei De-coction"in the clinical treatment of adverse reactions to chemotherapy for malignant tumors.Methods Eighty-six patients with malignant tumors who received chemotherapy in the Department of Oncology of Linyi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to December 2021 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into two groups of 43 patients each according to the different treatment methods.Patients in the control group were treated with conventional Western medicines,while patients in the observation group were treated with the self-proposed formula"Jianpi Hewei Decoction"on the basis of the control group,and the Tra-ditional Chinese Medicine syndrome scores,clinical efficacy and improvement of quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After the treatment,the Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P＜0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.35%(41/43),which was higher than 81.40%(35/43)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.074,P＜0.05).The quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differ-ences were statistically significant(all P＜0.05).Conclusion The self-proposed formula"Jianpi Hewei Decoc-tion"has a definite effect in the treatment of post-chemotherapy adverse reactions of malignant tumors,which can improve the overall clinical efficiency and the quality of life of patients.
