Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of combined treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris(Shexiang Baoxin Pill+ticagrelor tablet).Methods The clinical data of eighty patients with an-gina pectoris with coronary heart disease treated in Jinan Shizhong District People's Hospital from October 2020 to October 2023 were retrospectively selected.According to different treatment methods,the patients were divided into two groups:control group(40 cases treated with ticagrelor tablet)and observation group(40 cases treated with Shexiang Baoxin Pill combined with ticagrelor tablet).The incidence of seizures,cardiac function,inflammatory factors and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the duration of seizures and frequency of seizures in the observation group were[(0.58±0.12)min]and[(1.17±0.29)times]per week better than those in the control group[(1.78±0.23)min and(2.44±0.78)times per week],and the differences were statistically significant(t=29.255,8.719,both P＜0.05).After treatment,the level of N-terminal brain natriuretic peptide precursor in observation group was lower than that in control group,and car-diac output,left ventricular ejection fraction and stroke output in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of inter-leukin-6,tumor necrosis factor-α and hypersensitive C-reactive protein in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group,but the difference was not statistically sig-nificant(P＞0.05).Conclusion In patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease,the combination of Shexiang Baoxin Pill and ticagrelor tablet can obtain ideal results,which not only can quickly resolve symptoms,but also can improve heart function and reduce the level of inflammatory factors.
