Value of CT Three-dimensional Reconstruction Combined with CT Guided Medical Adhesive Localization in Preoperative Thoracoscopic Localization of Pulmonary Nodules
Objective To analyze the value of 3D CT reconstruction combined with CT-guided medical glue localization in thoracoscopic preoperative location of pulmonary nodules. Methods Seventy-seven patients with small pulmonary nodules who underwent thoracoscopic surgery in the Department of cardiothoracic Sur-gery of Tongling People's Hospital from November 2019 to October 2022 were selected as the study objects, all of whom were single nodules. They were divided into two groups according to the different positioning methods. The control group(38 cases)only received chest CT scan for localization.Observation group(39 cases)com-bined with CT-guided medical glue localization on the basis of CT 3D reconstruction images. The success rate and preoperative localization time of nodules were compared between the two groups. Results The success rate of nodule localization in observation group was 100.00%(39/39),which was higher than that in control group 89.47%(34/38),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.330,P=0.037).The preoperative position-ing time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of preoperative CT three-dimensional reconstruction and CT guided medical adhesive localization can effectively improve the success rate of locating pulmonary nodules.
