Objective To study the value of 1.5T magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography(MRCP)in the diagnosis of gallbladder stones with extrahepatic common bile duct stones.Methods A total of 66 patients with suspected gallbladder stones with extrahepatic common bile duct stones admitted to Xinghua Third People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects,and all of them un-derwent diagnosis by CT and 1.5T MRCP examination.The diagnostic value of the different modalities and the detection rate of stones of different diameters were compared with the surgical results as the gold standard.Re-sults The sensitivity of 1.5T MRCP was 89.47%(51/57)and the accuracy was 87.88%(58/66),which were higher than those of CT examination[73.68%(42/57),71.21%(47/66)],and the differences were statistically significant(χ2=4.728,5.634,both P＜0.05),The differences in the specificity of the two examination methods were not statistically significant(P＞0.05).The compliance rate of 1.5T MRCP for diagnosing stones with a diam-eter of＜0.8 cm was higher than that of CT examination,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion 1.5T MRCP is effective in diagnosing gallbladder stones with extrahepatic common bile duct stones,and effectively improves the diagnostic accuracy.
