摘要
目的 探究联动成像(linked color imaging,LCI)技术联合醋酸染色对胃黏膜肠上皮化生疾病的临床诊断价值.方法 选取2021年1月—2023年6月广西医科大学附属钦州市第二人民医院收治的160例疑似胃黏膜肠上皮化生患者为研究对象,所有患者均接受LCI技术和LCI联合醋酸染色检查.对比两种检查方式的诊断价值.结果 以病理检查结果为金标准,160例疑似胃黏膜肠上皮化生患者检出阳性78例,阴性82例;LCI检出阳性78例,阴性82例;LCI联合醋酸染色检出阳性79例,阴性81例.LCI联合醋酸染色检查的灵敏度96.15%(75/78)、特异度95.12%(78/82)、准确度95.63%(153/160)、阳性预测值94.94%(75/79)、阴性预测值96.30%(78/81)均高于LCI检查[83.33%(65/78)、84.15%(69/82)、83.75%(134/160)、83.33%(65/78)、84.15%(69/82)],差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.964、5.316、12.197、5.473、6.795,P均＜0.05).结论 LCI技术联合醋酸染色对胃黏膜肠上皮化生的诊断价值较高,其阳性检出率高于单一LCI检查,故应用该检查方式有利于提高临床对于疾病早期病变的诊断率.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical diagnostic value of linked color imaging(LCI)technology combined with acetic acid staining for gastric mucosal intestinal epithelial hyperplasia.Methods A total of 160 patients with suspected gastric mucosal intestinal epithelial hyperplasia admitted to Qinzhou Second People's Hospital Affiliated to Guangxi Medical University from January 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and all of the patients were examined by LCI technology and LCI combined with acetic acid staining.The diagnostic value of the two examination modalities was compared.Results Taking the results of pathologi-cal examination as the gold standard,78 cases of 160 patients with suspected gastric mucosal intestinal epithe-lial hyperplasia were detected positively and 82 cases were detected negatively.LCI detected 78 positive cases and 82 negative cases,and LCI combined with acetic acid staining detected 79 positive cases and 81 negative cases.The sensitivity,specificity,accuracy,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of LCI com-bined with acetic acid staining were 96.15%(75/78),95.12%(78/82),95.63%(153/160),94.94%(75/79)and 96.30%(78/81),respectively,which were higher than those of LCI[83.33%(65/78),84.15%(69/82),83.75%(134/160),83.33%(65/78),84.15%(69/82)],and the differences were statistically significant(χ2=6.964,5.316,12.197,5.473,6.795,all P＜0.05).Conclusion The diagnostic value of LCI technology combined with acetic acid staining in gastric mucosal intestinal epithelial hyperplasia is high,and the positive detection rate in is higher than that of single LCI examination,so the application of this examination is conducive to the improve-ment of the diagnosis rate of the early stage of the disease in the clinic.
