Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of magnetic resonance 3D-WATS sequence in knee cartilage injury. Methods A total of eighty patients with suspected knee cartilage injury treated in Nan-jing Lishui District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to December 2022 were selected as the study objects. All patients underwent 3D-WATS,T2-mapping and PDWI imaging.Using the results of ar-throscopy as the gold standard, the diagnostic value of 3D-WATS sequence,T2-mapping sequence and PDWI sequence was compared. Results The sensitivity of 3D-WATS sequence(93.75%)was higher than that of T2-mapping sequence(79.69%)and PDWI sequence(65.63%),the accuracy(93.75%)was higher than that of T2-mapping sequence(80.00%)and PDWI sequence(67.50%),and the missed diagnosis rate(6.25%)was lower than that of T2-mapping sequence(20.31%)and PDWI sequence(34.38%),and the differences were statisti-cally significant(χ2=20.562,18.372,19.288,all P<0.05).Compared with the results of arthroscopic staging, the diagnostic coincidence rate of 3D-WATS sequence was higher than that of T2-mapping sequence and PDWI sequence, the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Magnetic resonance 3D-WATS sequence has higher accuracy and lower missed diagnosis rate in the diagnosis of knee cartilage in-jury,which has higher diagnostic value and can be used as one of the preferred diagnostic methods.
