摘要
目的 分析在诊断胃癌TNM分期时,常规多层螺旋CT(multi-slice spiral CT,MSCT)与低张水充盈MSCT检查的价值.方法 选取大连市第四人民医院于2021年1月—2023年2月收治的90例胃癌患者为研究对象,均接受常规MSCT检查、低张水充盈MSCT检查,以病理学检查结果为金标准,比较两种检查方式的诊断TNM分期准确率.结果 低张水充盈MSCT检查T分期诊断准确率为86.67%(39/45),高于常规MSCT检查的68.89%(31/45),差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.146,P＜0.05).低张水充盈MSCT检查N分期诊断准确率高于常规MSCT检查,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).两种检查方式检查M分期诊断准确率比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 在对胃癌TN分期进行诊断时,和常规MSCT检查相比较,低张水充盈MSCT检查具有更高的准确性,但是在对胃癌M分期进行诊断时两种方法的诊断准确性类似.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the value of conventional multi-slice spiral CT(MSCT)and hypotonic water filled MSCT in diagnosing TNM staging of gastric cancer.Methods A total of 90 patients with gastric can-cer admitted to the Dalian Fourth People's Hospital from January 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the research objects.All patients underwent routine MSCT examination and hypotonic water filling MSCT examina-tion.The pathological examination results were used as the gold standard to compare the diagnostic TNM stag-ing accuracy of the two examination methods.Results The diagnostic accuracy of T staging of hypotonic water filling MSCT was 86.67%(39/45),which was higher than that of conventional MSCT 68.89%(31/45),and the dif-ference was statistically significant(χ2=8.146,P＜0.05).The diagnostic accuracy of N staging by hypotonic wa-ter filling MSCT was higher than that by conventional MSCT,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the diagnostic accuracy of M staging between the two methods(P＞0.05).Conclusion In the diagnosis of TN staging of gastric cancer,compared with conventional MSCT examination,hypotonic water-filled MSCT examination has higher accuracy,but the diagnostic accuracy of the two methods is similar in the diagnosis of M staging of gastric cancer.
