目的 探讨黄芪对寻常型银屑病的治疗效果以及对皮肤屏障功能的影响.方法 回顾性选取2018年2月—2023年2月苏州大学附属第二医院收治的454例寻常型银屑病患者的临床资料,以不同治疗方式分为对照组(218例,外涂卡泊三醇软膏治疗)和观察组(236例,在对照组基础上增加黄芪颗粒治疗).对比两组血清细胞因子、银屑病皮损面积和严重程度指数(Psoriasis Area and Sever-ity Index,PASI)评分以及皮肤屏障功能.结果 观察组白细胞介素-8和肿瘤坏死因子-α水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).治疗前,两组PASI评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组PASI评分为(4.24±1.01)分,低于对照组的(11.24±2.35)分,差异有统计学意义(t=7.838,P<0.05).治疗前,两组患者皮肤屏障功能测定结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05);治疗后,观察组皮肤屏障功能优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 黄芪对寻常型银屑病的治疗效果显著,能够显著降低患者的炎症反应,促进皮肤屏障功能的恢复.
Therapeutic Effect of Astragalus on Psoriasis Vulgaris and the Effect on Skin Barrier Function
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Astragalus on psoriasis vulgaris and its effect on skin barrier function.Methods The clinical data of 454 patients with psoriasis vulgaris admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University from February 2018 to February 2023 were retrospectively selected.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group(218 cases,treated with calcipot-riol ointment)and observation group(236 cases,treated with astragalus granules on the basis of control group).Serum cytokines,score of Psoriasis Area and Severity Index(PASI),and skin barrier function were compared be-tween the two groups.Results The levels of interleukin-8 and tumor necrosis factor-α in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).There was no significant difference in PASI score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the PASI score of the observation group was(4.24±1.01)points,which was lower than(11.24±2.35)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=7.838,P<0.05).There were no significant differ-ences in skin barrier function between the two groups before treatment(all P>0.05).After treatment,the skin barrier function of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the differ-ence was statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Astragalus has a significant therapeutic effect on pa-tients with psoriasis vulgaris,which can significantly reduce the inflammatory response of patients and promote the recovery of skin barrier function.
