摘要
目的 分析急性期慢性支气管炎患者的常规药物结合自拟宣肺化痰汤治疗作用.方法 回顾性选取江苏省句容市中医院于2021年6月—2023年2月收治的76例慢性支气管炎急性期患者的临床资料,依照用药方案不同分为对照组(常规药物)、观察组(常规药物结合自拟宣肺化痰汤),各38例.比较两组临床疗效、肺功能、血气指标、炎性因子水平、不良反应发生率.结果 观察组治疗总有效率为97.37%(37/38),高于对照组的76.32%(29/38),差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.369,P<0.05).用药前,两组肺功能、血气指标以及炎性因子水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05).用药后,观察组用力肺活量、第1秒用力呼气量、氧分压、二氧化碳分压、白细胞介素-10、超敏C反应蛋白均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 慢性支气管炎急性期患者,采用常规药物+自拟宣肺化痰汤治疗的效果更好,可改善肺功能及血气指标,减轻炎症反应,且安全性高.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of conventional drugs combined with self-prepared Xuanfei Huatan Decoction on patients with acute chronic bronchitis.Methods The clinical data of 76 patients with acute chronic bronchitis admitted to Jurong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Jiangsu Province from June 2021 to February 2023 were retrospectively selected.According to the different medication regimen,they were divided into control group(conventional drugs)and observation group(conventional drugs combined with self-prepared Xuanfei Huatan Decoction),with 38 cases in each group.The clinical efficacy,lung function,blood gas index,inflammatory factor level and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was 97.37%(37/38),which was higher than 76.32%(29/38)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=7.369,P<0.05).Before medication,there was no statistically significant difference in lung function,blood gas indexes,and inflammatory factor levels between the two groups(all P>0.05).After medication,the forced vital capacity,forced expiratory volume in the first second,partial pressure of oxygen,partial pressure of carbon dioxide,inter-leukin-10,hypersensitive C-reactive protein in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no statistically significant differ-ence in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion For patients with chronic bronchitis in acute stage,the effect of conventional drugs+self-prepared Xuanfei Huatan Decoction is better,which can improve lung function and blood gas index,and reduce the inflammatory response,with high safety.
