定喘汤联合穴位贴敷治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的临床效果

摘要
目的 探讨定喘汤联合穴位贴敷在慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期中的临床效果.方法 选取2021年11月—2023年2月张家港广和中西医结合医院收治的62例慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者为研究对象,根据不同治疗方法将患者分成对照组(31例,接受常规治疗)和观察组(31例,接受常规治疗+定喘汤联合穴位贴敷治疗).比较两组治疗总有效率及中医证候积分、炎性因子.结果 观察组的治疗总有效率为96.77%(30/31),高于对照组的77.42%(24/31),差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.167,P=0.023).治疗后,观察组中医证候积分和白细胞介素-6、白细胞介素-8、肿瘤坏死因子-α均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 定喘汤联合穴位贴敷的应用可以有效提高慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者的临床效果,在改善患者临床症状以及炎性因子水平中均有重要意义.
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Dingchuan Decoction combined with acupoint patch in acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods A total of 62 patients with acute exac-erbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease admitted to Zhangjiagang Guanghe Hospital of Integrated Tra-ditional Chinese and Western Medicine from November 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the study ob-jects.The patients were divided into control group(31 cases,receiving conventional treatment)and observation group(31 cases,receiving conventional treatment+Dingchuan Decoction combined with acupoint application treatment)according to different treatment method.The total effective rate of treatment,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores and inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.77%(30/31),which was higher than 77.42%(24/31)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.167,P=0.023).After treatment,the scores of tradi-tional Chinese medicine syndrome and interleukin-6,interleukin-8,tumor necrosis factor-α levels in the ob-servation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Dingchuan Decoction combined with acupoint application can effec-tively improve the clinical effect of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,which has important significance in improving the clinical symptoms and the level of inflammatory factors of pa-tients.
