目的 分析银杏二萜内酯对急性脑梗死患者血清可溶性细胞间黏附分子1(soluble inter-cellular adhesion molecule 1,slCAM-1)、正五聚蛋白3(recombinant pentraxin 3,PTX-3)、内皮素1(endo-thelin-1,ET-1)的影响.方法 选取2022年3月—2023年3月曹县人民医院收治的76例急性脑梗死患者为研究对象,按照治疗方式的不同分为对照组(常规西药治疗)和观察组(常规西药+银杏二萜内酯治疗),各38例.比较两组血清slCAM-1、PTX-3和ET-1水平、神经功能缺损情况、斑块稳定性.结果 治疗后,观察组slCAM-1、PTX-3和ET-1水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).治疗后,观察组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组斑块稳定性为 92.11%(35/38),高于对照组的 73.68%(28/38),差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.547,P<0.05).结论 在急性脑梗死治疗中,采用银杏二萜内酯治疗可以有效调节slCAM-1、PTX-3和ET-1水平.
Effect of Ginkgo Diterpene Lactone on Serum slCAM-1,PTX-3 and ET-1 in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction
Objective To analyze the effects of ginkgo diterpene lactone on serum soluble intercellular ad-hesion molecule 1(slCAM-1),recombinant pentraxin 3(PTX-3)and Endothelin-1(ET-1)in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 76 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to Caoxian People's Hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group(conventional Western medicine treatment)and obser-vation group(conventional Western medicine+ginkgo diterpene lactone treatment),with 38 cases in each group.The levels of serum slCAM-1,PTX-3 and ET-1,neurological impairment,plaque stability were compared be-tween the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of slCAM-1,PTX-3 and ET-1 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the score of National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The plaque stability of the ob-servation group was 92.11%(35/38),which was higher than 73.68%(28/38)of the control group,and the differ-ence was statistically significant(χ2=4.547,P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of acute cerebral infarction,ginkgo diterpene lactone can effectively regulate the levels of slCAM-1,PTX-3 and ET-1.
