Effectiveness of Baofukang Suppository Combined with Interferon in the Treatment of HPV In-fection
Objective To analyze the actual outcome of the treatment of human papilloma virus(HPV)in-fection by Baofukang Suppository and interferon.Methods A total of 50 patients with HPV infection admitted to Juye Maternal and Child Health Hospital from November 2022 to November 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group(25 cases,treated with single interferon)and study group(25 cases,treated with Baofukang suppository+interferon)according to different treatment method.The therapeutic effects the levels of human papilloma virus-DNA and inflammatory cytokines of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 96.00%(24/25),which was higher than 72.00%(18/25)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.357,P=0.021).After treatment,the levels human papilloma virus-DNA,transforming growth factor β1,interleukin-6 and tumor ne-crosis factor-α in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statisti-cally significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with HPV infection,taking active Baofukang Suppository combined with interferon therapy and controlling the further development of the disease plays a key role in im-proving the prognostic effect,which can reduce the level of patients'Human papilloma virus-DNA and inflam-matory factor indexes,improve the therapeutic effect.
