Efficacy and Safety of Chaihu Shugan Powder Combined with Silybin Capsule in the Treatment of Chronic Hepatitis B Combined with Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease
Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of Chaihu Shugan Powder combined with silybin capsule in patients with chronic hepatitis B(CHB)complicated with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD).Methods From June 2019 to June 2023,116 patients with CHB complicated with NAFLD admitted to Xuzhou Infectious Disease Hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to the different treatment meth-ods,58 cases in each.On the basis of conventional antiviral and hepatoprotective treatment,the control group was treated with silibinin capsule,the observation group was treated with Chaihu Shugan Powder additionally.The total effective rate,liver function,blood lipid levels,body mass index and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 91.37%(53/58),which was higher than 74.14%(43/58)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.614,P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of γ-glutamyl transpeptidase,aspartate aminotransferase,ala-nine aminotransferase,low density lipoprotein,triglyceride,total cholesterol and body mass index in the obser-vation group were lower than those in the control group,and high density lipoproteinwas higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Chaihu Shugan Powder com-bined with silybin capsule in the treatment of CHB with NAFLD can improve the efficacy,liver function and blood lipid,and has high safety.
