胃苏颗粒联合四联法治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床效果

摘要
目的 分析幽门螺杆菌阳性慢性萎缩性胃炎患者应用胃苏颗粒联合四联法治疗的临床效果.方法 选取2022年8月—2023年8月聊城海吉亚医院收治的100例幽门螺杆菌阳性慢性萎缩性胃炎患者作为研究对象,根据不同治疗方案分为两组.对照组(n=50)予以四联法治疗,研究组(n=50)在四联法治疗基础上加用胃苏颗粒治疗.对比两组治疗效果、用药安全性、幽门螺杆菌根除率、胃肠激素水平.结果 研究组治疗总有效率为98.00%(49/50),高于对照组的82.00%(41/50),差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.111,P=0.007).研究组不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组的幽门螺杆菌根除率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗前,两组的胃泌素、胃动素以及胃泌素-17比较,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05);治疗后,研究组胃泌素、胃动素水平低于对照组,胃泌素-17水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 胃苏颗粒联合治疗四联法幽门螺杆菌阳性慢性萎缩性胃炎,具有显著的疗效以及安全性,可促进患者胃肠功能的恢复,幽门螺杆菌根除率较高.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Weisu Granule combined with quadruple therapy in patients with Helicobacter pylori positive chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods A total of 100 patients with Helico-bacter pylori positive chronic atrophic gastritis admitted to Liaocheng Haijiya Hospital from August 2022 to Au-gust 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment schemes,they were divided into two groups.The control group(n=50)was treated with quadruple therapy,and the study group(n=50)was treated with Weisu Granules on the basis of quadruple therapy.The therapeutic effects,medication safety,Heli-cobacter pylori eradication rate and gastrointestinal hormone levels of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 98.00%(49/50),which was higher than 82.00%(41/50)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=7.111,P=0.007).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statisti-cally significant(P<0.05).The Helicobacter pylori eradication rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no signifi-cant differences in gastrin,recombinant motilin and gastrin 17 antigen-BSA between the two groups(all P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of gastrin and recombinant motilin in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of gastrin 17 antigen-BSA was higher than that in the control group,and the dif-ferences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Weisu Granules combined with quadruple therapy in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori positive chronic atrophic gastritis has significant efficacy and safety,promotes the recovery of gastrointestinal function,and has high Helicobacter pylori eradication rate.
