丹参、川芎嗪联合双联抗血小板药物对老年急性脑梗死的治疗效果

摘要
目的 探讨丹参、川芎嗪联合双联抗血小板药物对老年急性脑梗死的治疗效果.方法 选取2023年1-12月南京脑科医院神经内科收治的80例老年急性脑梗死患者为研究对象,按照治疗方法不同分为两组,各40例.对照组行对症支持处理(药物治疗上使用阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷),观察组在对照组基础上联合应用丹参注射剂及川芎嗪注射液.比较两组治疗后上田氏协调试验得分、生活质量改良Barthel指数(Barthel Index,BI)评分、Fugl-Meyer评分(Fugl-Meyer Assessment Scale,FMA)及血液流变学变化.结果 治疗后,观察组上田氏协调试验得分和BI评分为(85.6±3.6)分和(78.2±11.7)分,均高于对照组的(76.8±5.5)分、(68.3±3.3)分,差异有统计学意义(t=8.467、5.151,P均<0.05).治疗后,观察组FMA评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组全血低切黏度、全血浆黏度及红细胞电泳指数均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 丹参和川芎嗪用于老年急性脑梗死患者,可改善其神经功能,促进运动功能,提高生活质量,降低血液黏度.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Danshen,ligustrazine combined with dual an-tiplatelet druges on elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 80 elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to the Department of Neurology of Nanjing Brain Hospital from January to De-cember 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with symptomatic and supportive treatment(aspirin combined with clopidogrel was used in drug treatment),while the observation group was treated with Danshen Injection combined with Ligustrazine Injection on the basis of the control group.Com-pared the two groups after treatment on the Ueda's Coordination Test score,quality of life improved Barthel In-dex(BI)score,Fugl-Meyer Assessment Scale(FMA),blood rheology changes.Results The scores of Ueda's Coordination Test and BI in the observation group were(85.6±3.6)points and(78.2±11.7)points after treatment,which were higher than(76.8±5.5)points and(68.3±3.3)points in the control group,and the differences were sta-tistically significant(t=8.467,5.151,both P<0.05).After treatment,the FMA score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the whole blood low shear viscosity,whole plasma viscosity and erythrocyte electrophoresis index in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Danshen and ligustrazine in the treatment of elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction can im-prove their neurological function,promote motor function,improve quality of life and reduce blood viscosity.
