摘要

目的 探究黄连温胆汤治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床疗效.方法 选取2023年1月—2024年1月广东祈福医院收治的70例多囊卵巢综合征患者为研究对象,按治疗方法不同分为对照组(n=35)和观察组(n=35),对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上加用黄连温胆汤治疗.对比两组治疗前后卵巢及排卵情况、子宫内膜容受性.结果 治疗前,两组卵巢平均体积(mean ovarian vol-ume,MOV)、较大侧卵巢体积(volume of the larger ovary,MaxOV)、平均卵泡数(mean follicle number,MFN)、较多一侧卵泡数(follicle number on the side with more follicles,MaxFN)比较,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05);治疗后,两组MOV、MaxOV、MFN、MaxFN均改善,且观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).治疗前,两组子宫内膜情况、子宫动脉血流搏动指数(pulsatility index,PI)和阻力指数(resistance index,RI)对比,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05);治疗后,两组子宫内膜厚度、A型子宫内膜比例提升,PI、RI下降,且观察组均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).观察组排卵率为91.43%(32/35)、临床妊娠率为37.14%(13/35),高于对照组的68.57%(24/35)、11.43%(4/35),差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.714、6.293,P均<0.05).结论 黄连温胆汤治疗多囊卵巢能有效改善患者排卵障碍,提高排卵率、临床妊娠率,为患者妊娠创造有利条件.

Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Huanglian Wendan Decoction on polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods Seventy patients with polycystic ovary syndrome admitted to Clifford Hospital of Guang-dong Province from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into control group(n=35)and observation group(n=35)according to different treatment methods.The control group received conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with Huanglian Wendan Decoction on the basis of conventional treatment.Ovarian and ovulation status,endometrial receptivity before and after treat-ment were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in mean ovarian volume(MOV),volume of the larger ovary(MaxOV)and mean follicle number(MFN)and follicle number on the side with more follicles(MaxFN)of the two groups(all P>0.05).After treat-ment,MOV,MaxOV,MFN and MaxFN in both groups were improved,and the observation group was better than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistically significant difference in endometrial conditions,pulsatility index(PI)and resistance index(RI)be-tween the two groups(all P>0.05).After treatment,endometrial thickness and the proportion of type A endome-trium increased,PI and RI decreased in both groups,and the observation group was better than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Ovulation rate and clinical pregnancy rate in the observation group were 91.43%(32/35)and 37.14%(13/35),which were higher than 68.57%(24/35)and 11.43%(4/35)in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(χ2=5.714,6.293,both P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of polycystic ovary with Huanglian Wendan Decoction can effectively improve ovulation disorder,promote ovulation rate and clinical pregnancy rate,and create favorable conditions for preg-nancy of patients.
