中风皂贝化痰胶囊结合曲克芦丁对急性脑梗死的疗效及血清指标水平的影响
Effect of Zhongfeng Zaobei Huatan Capsule Combined with Troxerutin on Acute Cerebral In-farction and Serum Index Levels

摘要
目的 分析在急性脑梗死治疗中采取中风皂贝化痰胶囊联合曲克芦丁治疗的临床效果及对一氧化氮(nitric oxide,NO)、半胱氨酸天冬氨酸蛋白酶-3(cysteine aspartate protease-3,Caspase-3)、B淋巴细胞瘤-2基因(B lymphoblastoma-2 gene,Bcl-2)、Bcl-2相关X蛋白(Bcl-2 associated X protein,Bax)水平的影响.方法 选取2020年6月—2023年6月甘肃省第三人民医院收治的100例急性脑梗死患者为研究对象,按治疗方法不同分为两组,各50例.观察组采取中风皂贝化痰胶囊联合曲克芦丁治疗,对照组采取常规西药治疗,比较两组临床疗效、治疗后NO、Caspase-3、Bcl-2、Bax水平及其差值.结果 观察组治疗总有效率为90.00%(45/50),高于对照组的66.00%(33/50),差异有统计学意义(χ2=16.783,P<0.05).治疗前,两组NO、Bcl-2、Caspase-3、Bax水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05);治疗后,两组NO、Bcl-2、Caspase-3、Bax水平均改善,且观察组上述指标及其差值优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 在急性脑梗死治疗中采取中风皂贝化痰胶囊结合曲克芦丁治疗可显著改善血清学水平,减少细胞凋亡,延长细胞生存时间,对提高治疗效果有重要意义.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Zhongfeng Zaobei Huatan Capsule combined with troxerutin in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction and its effects on nitric oxide(NO),cysteine aspartate pro-tease-3,nitric oxide(NO)and cysteine aspartate protease-3(Caspase-3),B lymphoblastoma-2 gene(Bcl-2)and Bcl-2 associated X protein(Bax)levels.Methods A total of 100 patients with acute cerebral infarction ad-mitted to the Third People's Hospital of Gansu Province from June 2020 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups with 50 cases each according to different treatment methods.The observa-tion group was treated with Zhongfeng Zaobei Huatan Capsules combined with troxerutin,while the control group was treated with conventional Western medicine.The clinical efficacy,levels of NO,Caspase-3,Bcl-2,Bax and the difference between the two groups after treatment were compared.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 90.00%(45/50),which was higher than 66.00%(35/50)of control group,and the differ-ence was statistically significant(χ2=16.783,P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant differences in the levels of NO,Bcl-2,Caspase-3 and Bax between the two groups(all P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of NO,Bcl-2,Caspase-3 and Bax in both groups were improved,and the above indexes and their differences of ob-servation group were better than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of acute cerebral infarction,the combination of Zhongfeng Zaobei Huatan Cap-sules and troxerutin can significantly improve serum levels,reduce cell apoptosis,and prolong cell survival time.This is of great significance for improving treatment efficacy.
