活血通络汤外洗联合冲击波治疗跟痛症的临床分析

摘要
目的 探讨活血通络汤外洗联合冲击波治疗跟痛症的临床效果.方法 选取2020年1月—2022年12月武警第一机动总队医院收治的80例跟痛症患者为研究对象.按照治疗方法不同分为两组,各40例.对照组采用局部冲击波治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上结合活血通络汤外洗治疗.比较两组治疗后每日跟痛持续时间、视觉模拟评分法(Visual Analog Scale,VAS)评分、Maryland足跟功能评分,统计两组治疗效果、并发症发生率,并随访1年,比较复发率.结果 治疗后,观察组每日跟痛持续时间为(0.6±0.2)h,短于对照组的(5.6±1.8)h,差异有统计学意义(t=17.329,P<0.05).治疗后,观察组VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,两组Maryland足跟功能评分均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,1年复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).两组并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 跟痛症患者在使用冲击波治疗基础上联合应用活血通络汤外洗,可快速缓解患者足跟部疼痛,改善足部功能,提高治疗有效率,降低复发率,且不良反应少,安全性高.
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of external washing with Huoxue Tongluo Decoction combined with shock wave in the treatment of heel pain.Methods A total of 80 patients with heel pain admitted to the First Mobile Corps Hospital of the People's Armed Police Force from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects.According to the different treatment methods,they were divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with local shock wave,and the observation group was treated with Huoxue Tongluo Decoction and external washing on the basis of the treatment of the con-trol group.The duration of daily heel pain,Visual Analog Scale(VAS)score and Maryland heel function score were compared between the two groups after treatment.The therapeutic effect and the incidence of complica-tions were counted.The recurrence rate was compared after 1 year of follow-up.Results After treatment,the daily heel pain duration of the observation group was(0.6±0.2)h,which was shorter than(5.6±1.8)h of the con-trol group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=17.329,P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the Maryland heel function score of the two groups were higher than those before treat-ment,and the Maryland heel function score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the 1-year recurrence rate was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Combined application of Huoxue Ton-gluo Decoction for external washing on the basis of shock wave therapy for patients with heel pain can quickly relieve heel pain,improve foot function,improve the efficiency,reduce the recurrence rate,and have fewer ad-verse reactions and high safety.
