摘要

目的 研究保妇康栓与干扰素α2b联合疗法在治疗慢性宫颈炎合并人乳头瘤病毒(human papillomavirus,HPV)感染的效果.方法 选取2022年11月—2023年10月河南省濮阳市人民医院收治的120例慢性宫颈炎合并HPV感染患者为研究对象,根据不同的治疗方法将患者分成两组,每组60例.西医组采用重组人干扰素α2b治疗,联合组在西医组基础上加用保妇康栓联合治疗.对比两组炎性因子水平及HPV载量、治疗有效率及HPV转阴率.结果 治疗后,联合组肿瘤坏死因子-α、C反应蛋白、白细胞介素-6水平及HPV载量均低于西医组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).治疗后,联合组治疗有效率为96.67%(58/60)、HPV转阴率为88.33%(53/60),均高于西医组的85.00%(51/60)、73.33%(44/60),差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.904、4.357,P均<0.05).结论 保妇康栓联合干扰素α2b治疗慢性宫颈炎合并HPV感染时能够显著降低炎性因子水平及HPV载量,提升治疗的有效性和HPV的转阴率.

Abstract

Objective To study the efficacy of Baofukng Suppository combination with interferon α2b in the treatment of chronic cervicitis with human papillomavirus(HPV)infection.Methods A total of 120 patients with chronic cervicitis complicated with HPV infection admitted to Puyang People's Hospital of Henan Province from November 2022 to October 2023 were divided into groups according to different treatment methods,with 60 cases in each group.The western medicine group was treated with recombinant human interferon α2b,and the combined group was treated with Baofukang supp on the basis of the western medicine group.The levels of inflammatory factors,HPV load,treatment effectiveness and HPV negative conversion rate were compared be-tween the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α,C-reactive protein,inter-leukin-6 and HPV load in the combined group were lower than those in the western medicine group,with statis-tical significance(all P<0.05).After treatment,the effective rate of the combined group was 96.67%(58/60)and the negative rate of HPV was 88.33%(53/60),which were higher than 85.00%(51/60)and 73.33%(44/60)in the western medicine group,and the differences were statistically significant(χ2=4.904,4.357,both P<0.05).Conclusion Baofukang Supposal combined with interferon α2b in the treatment of chronic cervicitis compli-cated with HPV infection can significantly reduce the level of inflammatory factors and HPV load,improve the effectiveness of treatment and the negative rate of HPV.
