二氧化锆全瓷冠与钴铬烤瓷冠在单颗后牙口腔种植修复中的临床效果分析

摘要
目的 分析单颗后牙通过采用二氧化锆全瓷冠与钴铬合金烤瓷冠植入修复的临床疗效.方法 选取2021年10月—2023年1月江苏省东海县人民医院口腔科收治的80例单颗后牙种植修复患者为研究对象,根据不同治疗方法分为对照组与研究组,每组40例.对照组采用钴铬烤瓷冠修复,研究组采用二氧化锆全瓷冠修复,对比两组后牙种植修复、口腔卫生状况、并发症发生率.结果 两组修复体边缘合适性、修复体颜色、修复体折裂修复效果及口腔卫生状况均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).研究组并发症总发生率为5.00%(2/40),低于对照组的22.50%(9/40),差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.165,P<0.05).结论 二氧化锆全瓷冠在单颗后牙口腔种植修复中,可有效提高整体修复效果,改善口腔卫生状况,降低并发症发生风险.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of single posterior teeth rapcuired by zirconia all-ceramic crown and cobalt chromium alloy porcelain crown implantation.Methods From October 2021 to Janu-ary 2023,80 patients with single posterior teeth implant restoration admitted to the Department of Stomatology,Donghai County People's Hospital of Jiangsu Province were selected as the research objects.According to dif-ferent treatment methods,they were divided into control group and study group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was repaired with cobalt-chromium porcelain crowns,and the study group was repaired with zirconia all-ceramic crowns.The posterior dental implant repair,oral hygiene status,and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results The marginal suitability,color,fracture repair effect and oral hy-giene of the two groups were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically signifi-cant(all P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the study group was 5.00%(2/40),which was lower than 22.50%(9/40)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.165,P<0.05).Conclusion Zirconia dioxide all-ceramic crown can effectively improve the overall repair effect,improve oral hygiene and reduce the risk of complications in single posterior dental implant repair.
