对比分析高嵌体与全冠修复根管治疗后磨牙牙体缺损的临床效果

摘要
目的 探讨根管治疗后磨牙牙体缺损患者分别采用高嵌体修复和全冠修复的治疗效果.方法 选取2020年1月—2024年1月在北京水利医院口腔科进行根管治疗后160例磨牙牙体缺损患者为研究对象,根据不同的修复方法分为对照组和观察组,各80例.对照组采用全冠修复治疗,观察组采用高嵌体修复治疗.对比两组治疗前后的牙龈情况、炎性因子水平及不良事件发生率.结果 治疗后,观察组牙龈指数和菌斑指数均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).观察组肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-1β均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).观察组的不良事件发生率为2.50%(2/80),低于对照组的12.50%(10/80),差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.414,P<0.05).结论 根管治疗后磨牙牙体缺损患者采用高嵌体修复的效果明显优于全冠修复,且前者在改善牙龈情况、减轻炎症反应、减少不良事件发生方面均有积极作用.
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effects of using high inlay restoration and full crown restora-tion for patients with molars and tooth defects after root canal treatment.Methods A total of 160 patients with tooth defects after root canal treatment in the Department of stomatology of Beijing Water Conservancy Hospital from January 2020 to January 2024 were selected as the research objects.According to different repair methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 80 cases in each group.The control group was treated with full crown restoration,and the observation group was treated with onlay restoration.The gingival condition,inflammatory factor level and incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups be-fore and after treatment.Results After treatment,the gingival index and plaque index of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The tumor necrosis factor-α and interleukin-1β in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the observa-tion group was 2.50%(2/80),which was lower than 12.50%(10/30)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.414,P<0.05).Conclusion After root canal treatment,the effect of using high inlay restoration on patients with molars and tooth defects is significantly better than that of full crown restoration.The former has a positive effect on improving gum condition,reducing inflammatory reactions,and reducing the occurrence of adverse events.
