摘要
目的 分析结肠镜下氩离子凝固术(argon plasma coagulation,APC)对结肠微小息肉患者的影响.方法 选取2022年9月—2023年9月聊城市东昌府区妇幼保健院收治的96例结肠微小息肉患者为研究对象,按治疗方法的不同分为两组,各48例.对照组行结肠镜下高频电凝电切术,观察组行结肠镜下APC.对比两组手术相关指标、应激反应、并发症发生率.结果 两组息肉切除个数、住院时间相比,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05).观察组切除时间为(4.05±0.61)min,短于对照组的(5.19±0.83)min,并发症发生率为4.17%(2/48),低于对照组的16.67%(8/48),差异有统计学意义(t=7.668,χ2=4.019,P均<0.05).术后,观察组去甲肾上腺素、皮质醇、肾上腺素水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 结肠镜下APC可缩短手术时间,减轻结肠小息肉患者应激反应,且并发症发生率低.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the effects of argon plasma coagulation(APC)under colonoscopy on pa-tients with colon micropolyps.Methods A total of 96 patients with colon micropolyps admitted to Liaocheng Dongchangfu District Maternal and Child Health Hospital in from September 2022 to September 2023 were se-lected as the study objects and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with high frequency electric coagulation and electric resection un-der colonoscopy,and the observation group was treated with APC under colonoscopy.Compared two groups of indicators related to the operation,stress reaction and complications.Results There were no significant differ-ences in the number of polyp resection and hospitalization time between the two groups(both P>0.05).The re-section time of the observation group was(4.05±0.61)min,which was shorter than(5.19±0.83)min of the con-trol group,and the incidence of complications was 4.17%(2/48),which was lower than 16.67%(8/48)of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(t=7.668,χ2=4.019,both P<0.05).After operation,the Levels of norepinephrine,cortisol,epinephrine of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion APC under colonoscopy can shorten the operation time,reduce the stress response of patients with small colonic polyps,and the incidence of complications is low.
