摘要

目的 探讨磁共振(magnetic resonance,MR)关节造影诊断肩袖损伤的价值.方法 选取2021年10月—2023年9月单县中医医院收治的100例肩关节损伤患者为研究对象,所有患者均接受常规磁共振成像(magnetic resonance imaging,MRI)及MR关节造影检查,以关节镜为金标准,分析MRI和MR关节造影的诊断价值.结果 MRI关节造影诊断肩袖损伤的灵敏度为97.30%(72/74)、特异度为 96.15%(25/26)、准确度为 97.00%(97/100),高于常规MRI的 89.19%(66/74)、76.92%(20/26)、86.00%(86/100),差异有统计学意义(χ2=3.861、4.127、7.779,P均<0.05).MR关节造影的阳性预测值、阴性预测值高于常规MRI,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 MR关节造影检查诊断肩袖损伤的价值较高,可用于肩袖损伤的早期诊断.

Abstract

Objective To investigate the value of magnetic resonance(MR)arthrography in the diagnosis of rotator cuff injury.Methods A total of 100 patients with shoulder joint injury admitted to Shanxian Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from October 2021 to September 2023 were selected as the study subjects,all of whom received routine magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)and MR arthrography.Arthroscopy was used as the gold standard to analyze the diagnostic value of MRI and MR arthrography.Results The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of MR arthrography in the diagnosis of rotator cuff injury were 97.30%(72/74),96.15%(25/26)and 97.00%(97/100),which were higher than 89.19%(66/74),76.92%(20/26)and 86.00%(86/100)of routine MRI,and the differences were statistically significant(χ2=3.861,4.127,7.779,all P<0.05).The routine of MR arthrography were than those of routine MRI,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion MR Arthrography is valuable in the diagnosis of rotator cuff injury and can be used for the early di-agnosis of rotator cuff injury.
