高频超声和应变式弹性成像单独及联合诊断骨折后下肢深静脉血栓的价值研究

摘要
目的 分析骨折后下肢深静脉血栓采用高频超声和应变式弹性成像单独及联合诊断的应用价值.方法 选取2022年1-12月汶上县人民医院收治的75例骨折后疑似下肢深静脉血栓形成患者为研究对象,所有患者均应用高频超声、应变式弹性成像检查,以静脉造影为疾病诊断金标准,分析高频超声、应变式弹性成像检查.结果 应变式弹性成像下肢深静脉血栓形成检出率为65.33%(49/75),高频超声检出率为57.33%(43/75),联合检查疾病检出率为77.33%(58/75),差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.840,P<0.05).高频超声和应变式弹性成像联合检查的准确度、灵敏度和特异度均高于高频超声和应变式弹性成像单独检查,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 实施高频超声和应变式弹性成像联合检查,能够有效检出下肢深静脉血栓形成,诊断准确度较高.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the application value of high frequency ultrasound and strain elastogra-phy in diagnosis of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis after fracture.Methods Seventy-five patients with suspected lower extremity deep venous thrombosis after fracture treated in Wenshang County People's Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the study objects.All patients were examined by high fre-quency ultrasound and strain elastography,and venography was used as the gold standard for disease diagnosis.To analyze the diagnostic efficacy of high frequency ultrasound and strain elastography alone and in combina-tion in the diagnosis of diseases.Results The detection rate of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis by strain elastic imaging was 65.33%(49/75),that by high frequency ultrasound was 57.33%(43/75),and that by com-bined examination was 77.33%(58/75),the difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.840,P<0.05).The ac-curacy,sensitivity and specificity of high frequency ultrasound combined with strain elastography were higher than that of high frequency ultrasound combined with strain elastography alone,and the differences were statisti-cally significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of high frequency ultrasound and strain elastogra-phy can effectively detect lower extremity deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs,with high diagnostic accuracy.
