乳腺钼靶X线与彩色多普勒超声对乳腺癌的诊断价值分析

摘要
目的 探究彩色多普勒超声、乳腺钼靶X线诊断乳腺癌的临床价值.方法 选取2021年6月—2023年6月金乡县人民医院收治的80例疑似乳腺癌患者为研究对象,通过彩色多普勒超声心动图、乳腺钼靶X线对患者实施诊断,以手术病理为金标准,比较两种检验方式的诊断效能.结果 乳腺钼靶X线检出阴性34例,阳性46例;彩色多普勒超声检出阴性18例、阳性62例;彩色多普勒超声+乳腺钼靶X线联合检出阴性17例、阳性63例.联合检验灵敏度为96.61%(57/59),准确度为90.00%(72/80),特异度为71.42%(15/21),阴性预测值为88.23%(15/17),阳性预测值为90.47%(57/63),均高于彩色多普勒超声与乳腺钼靶X线单独检验,差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.823、5.494、3.839、13.267、7.798,P均<0.05).结论 对乳腺癌疾病诊断中,乳腺钼靶X线与彩色多普勒超声联合检验的诊断效能较单一检验更为理想,能提升疾病诊断准确度以及整体诊断效率和质量,效果理想.
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical value of color Doppler ultrasound and mammography in the diagnosis of breast cancer.Methods A toatl of 80 patients with suspected breast cancer admitted to Jinxiang People's Hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects.The patients were diag-nosed by color Doppler echocardiography and breast imaging reporting and data system.The diagnostic effi-cacy of the two test methods was compared with surgical pathology as the gold standard.Results Breast molyb-denum target X-ray detection of 34 cases of negative,positive in 46 cases.Color Doppler ultrasound detected 18 negative cases and 62 positive cases.There were 17 negative cases and 63 positive cases detected by color doppler ultrasound combined with mammography.The sensitivity of the combined test was 96.61%(57/59),the accuracy was 90.00%(72/80),the specificity was 71.42%(15/21),the negative predictive value was 88.23%(15/17),and the positive predictive value was 90.47%(57/63),which were higher than those of color Doppler ul-trasound and mammography alone,and the differences were statistically significant(χ2=7.823,5.494,3.839,13.267,7.798,all P<0.05).Conclusion In the diagnosis of breast cancer,the diagnostic efficacy of the com-bined test of breast molybdenum target X-ray and color Doppler ultrasound is more ideal than a single test,which can improve the accuracy of disease diagnosis and the overall diagnosis efficiency and quality,and the ef-fect is ided.
