超声诊断在子宫附件囊性占位病变中的价值分析

摘要
目的 探讨超声诊断在子宫附件囊性占位病变的应用价值.方法 选取2022年3月—2023年8月六盘水市妇幼保健院收治的100例疑似子宫附件囊性占位病变患者为研究对象,对所有患者合理展开术前超声诊断以及术后病理诊断,以病理诊断为金标准,超声诊断的诊断效能及对不同疾病类型的诊断符合率.结果 超声诊断的特异度为95.83%(23/24),灵敏度为96.05%(73/76),准确度为96.00%(96/100),kappa值为0.893.超声诊断卵巢血肿、子宫内膜异位囊肿、附件炎、输卵管积液、输卵管囊肿蒂扭转、囊腺癌的符合率分别为88.89%(8/9)、91.67%(22/24)、100.00%(20/20)、100.00%(4/4)、100.00%(7/7)、100.00%(12/12).结论 对疑似子宫附件囊性占位病变,超声检查可较好显示病变细节,诊断效能及诊断符合率较高,具有较大的临床应用价值.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the application value of ultrasound diagnosis in uterine adnexal cystic lesions.Methods A total of 100 patients with suspected cystic space occupying lesions of uterine appendages admitted to Liupanshui Maternal and Child Health Hospital from March 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the study objects.Preoperative ultrasonic diagnosis and postoperative pathological diagnosis were reasonably performed for all patients,and the specific diagnostic efficacy of ultrasonic diagnosis was analyzed with patho-logical diagnosis as the gold standard.The diagnostic efficiency of ultrasound diagnosis and the diagnostic coin-cidence rate of different disease types were analyzed.Results The specificity of ultrasonic diagnosis was 95.83%(23/24),sensitivity was 96.05%(73/76),accuracy was 96.00%(96/100),and kappa value was 0.893.The coincidence rates of ultrasound in the diagnosis of ovarian hematoma,endometriosis cyst,adninitis,hydro-salpinx,torsion of fallopian tube cyst and cystadenocarcinoma were88.89%(8/9),91.67%(22/24),100.00%(20/20),100.00%(4/4),100.00%(7/7)and 100.00%(12/12).Conclusion For suspected cystic lesions of uterine ap-pendages,ultrasonography can better show the details of the lesions,with high diagnostic efficiency and diagnos-tic coincidence rate,and has high clinical application value.
