微波治疗仪在痔疮患者中的应用效果分析

摘要
目的 探讨痔疮患者实行微波治疗仪治疗的临床价值.方法 选取2020年6月—2023年6月湖北省直属机关医院(湖北省康复医院)收治的126例痔疮患者为研究对象,按照治疗方式不同将患者分为对照组与观察组,各63例.对照组接受常规手术治疗,观察组接受微波治疗仪治疗.对比两组临床疗效、并发症发生率、术后恢复情况.结果 观察组临床总有效率为96.83%(61/63),高于对照组的87.30%(55/63),差异有统计学意义(χ2=3.910,P=0.048).观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,创面愈合时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 相较于常规手术,微波治疗有利于促进痔疮创面愈合,且减少并发症风险,起到提高生活质量的积极作用,治疗优势突出.
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical value of microwave therapy in patients with hemorrhoids.Methods A total of 126 hemorrhoids patients admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Hubei Provincial Govern-ment(Hubei Rehabilitation Hospital)from June 2020 to June 2023 were selected as different treatment meth-ods.According to different treatment methods,the patients the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 63 cases in each group.The control group received conventional surgical treatment,and the observation group received microwave therapy.The clinical efficacy,complication rate and postopera-tive recovery of the two groups were compared.Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 96.83%(61/63),higher than 87.30%(55/63)of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=3.910,P=0.048).The complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the wound healing time was shorter than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically sig-nificant(both P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with conventional surgery,microwave therapy is beneficial to pro-mote the healing of hemorrhoids wounds,reduce the risk of complications,and play a positive role in improving the quality of life,with outstanding therapeutic advantages.
