慢性心力衰竭中西医结合治疗的研究进展

摘要
慢性心力衰竭患者的病情多较为复杂,伴随其他慢性基础疾病及合并症,可不同程度增加治疗难度.临床实践中,为保证实际疗效,常需要联合应用多种机制不同的药物.中西医结合治疗是近年来治疗慢性心力衰竭的重要趋势,可协同增效.本研究对慢性心力衰竭患者的治疗药物进行分析,并对中西医结合治疗相关研究成果进行综述.
Abstract
The condition of patients with chronic heart failure is more complicated,more with other chronic diseases and complications,can increase the treatment difficulty to varying degrees.In clinical practice,it is often necessary to combine multiple drugs with different mechanisms to ensure the actual efficacy.Inte-grated traditional Chinese and Western medicine is an important trend in the treatment of chronic heart failure in recent years.This study analyzed the therapeutic drugs for patients with chronic heart failure,and reviewed the research results of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment.
