With the widespread application of nuclear technology, the importance of nuclear safety and emergency monitoring is increasingly prominent, airborne monitoring of nuclear emergency has become an essential component of the national nuclear emergency system. In the process of airborne monitoring of nuclear emergency,The acquisition and analysis of airborne radiometric data and video data are crucial for the rapidly determination of radiation levels and delineating contaminated areas,in which the airborne monitoring video data can provide a comprehensive and intuitive view of ground images in the target area, showcasing the real scenes of the ground area extensively.By combining video key-frames with airborne radiometric anomalies,it enables a quick and accurate analysis of the causes of anomalies in high efficiency manner.Video fusion technology is widely used in areas like urban security and traffic control, but its utilization in airborne monitoring for nuclear emergency is limited due to the week correlation between airborne radiometric data and videos.Traditional methods require experts to manually search video key-frames and analyze surface features, resulting in low efficiency. In this article, implemented program that integrates airborne radiometric data with videos was designed in the form of heat map, following a"video-graphics-video"transformation process.By effectively extracting key frame images and attention data information from videos, setting relationship between numerical values of image to map chromaticity, analyzing flight directions, drawing the heat map,the heat map was integrated with the video frames in display and finally finished the fusion of aerial radiation data color scale maps and videos. The application of this fusion method can assist emergency expert in quickly identifying and analyzing nuclear radiation-contaminated areas, providing further support for emergency measures. Therefore, this study is significant in enhancing the correlation between aerial radiation data and video data, facilitating rapid analysis of the impact of nuclear accidents.Additionally, the methodology employed in this study can be applied to uranium exploration, aerial surveys of radiation environments, and other related work.
