基于化学元素的稳定同位素与其放射性同位素化学性质一致的基础理论,本研究选取锶、钇、铅和铋的稳定同位素作为研究对象,参照EJ/T 1035-2011萃取色层快速法,通过对淋洗液分次收集并测量,绘制锶、钇、铅和铋的淋洗曲线,探究树脂吸附、解析效果,验证210Bi是否影响90Sr的测量.在210Bi与90Sr的不同活度比条件下,研究90Sr、210Bi在测量时的相关性.针对90Sr测量时210Bi的干扰,提出一种修正方法.实现快速、准确分析环境土壤样品中90Sr的含量.实验结果表明210Bi对萃取色层法分析90Sr存在干扰;通过加入标准平衡溶液使210Bi与90Sr活度比为0.5、1和3时,不除铋的条件下90Sr加标回收率分别达到129.7%、165.4%和277.9%,证明90Sr测量结果与样品中210Bi的含量呈正相关;在210Bi与90Sr活度比≤2条件下,对样品源进行二次测量,将测量值带入修正公式,90Sr加标回收率经计算在97.9%~105.2%之间,验证修正方法的可行性.
Study on the interference correction of radioactive nuclide 210Bi in the testing of soil 90Sr
According to the principle that stable isotopes of an element have the same chemical properties as their radioactive isotopes.This study focused on the stable isotopes of strontium,yttrium,lead,and bismuth.Referring to the EJ/T 1035-2011 extraction chromatography rapid method,the study involved collecting and measuring the eluate in batches to draw the elution curves for strontium,yttrium,lead,and bismuth,and explored the adsorption and desorption effects of the resin and verifies whether 210Bi affects the measurement of 90Sr.The correlation between 90Sr and 210Bi was investigated with different activity ratios of 210Bi to 90Sr during the measurement,and the correction method was proposed for the interference of 210Bi during the measurement of 90Sr,which laid the foundation of rapid and accurate analysis of the content of 90Sr in environmental soil samples.The experimental results showed that 210Bi interferes with the analysis of 90Sr by the extraction chromatography method;by adding standard equilibrium solutions to achieve activity ratios of 0.5,1,and 3 for 210Bi to 90Sr,without removing bismuth,the recovery rates of 90Sr spiked samples were 129.7%,165.4%,and 277.9%respectively,indicating that the measurement results of 90Sr were positively correlated with the content of 210Bi in the sample.At an activity ratio of 210Bi to 90Sr ≤ 2,duplicate measurements were conducted,and results were applied to the correction formula.After correction,the recovery rate of 90Sr spiked samples was between 97.9%and 105.2%,verifying the feasibility of the correction method.
