摘要

晚清时期在黔传教的法国资深传教士童文献,对面向西人的汉语教学进行了全面的研究和实践,编写了成系列的四本汉语教材.该教材据笔者目前了解开创了对外汉语成系列教材编写的先河,对西人的汉语学习和汉学研究影响深远.该教材重视语音、词汇、汉字和语法教学,突出俗语和会话教学,使教学中渗透、贯穿文化内容,编写理念契合100多年后今天的对外汉语教材编写原则.其编写特点及体现的教学模式等,对今天的对外汉语教学具有重要的借鉴价值.

Abstract

Paul Perny,a senior French missionary who preached in Guizhou in the late Qing Dynasty,conducted a comprehensive research and practice on Chinese teaching for Westerners,then compiled a series of four Chinese textbooks.According to the author's current information,he probably created a precedent of compiling a series of textbooks for the TCFL(Teaching Chinese as Foreign Language),which makes a far-reaching impact on Chinese learning and Sinology research for Westerners.The textbooks attach great importance to the teaching of pronunciation,vocabulary,Chinese characters and grammar,and stress the teaching of proverbs and conversation,while cultural contents are infiltrating and penetrating in the teaching process.These textbooks were compiled more than 100 years ago,but their concepts conform to modern principles of compiling Chinese textbooks for foreign learners.The compilation features of the textbooks and the embodied teaching mode are of great reference values to present TCFL.
