The key of the new development pattern of"Dual Circulation"lies in achieving circular circulation of the real economy and smooth industrial connections,which puts higher requirements on financial development.At present,the financial support for the new development pattern of"dual circulation"faces many difficult problems,and there is still a gap from the requirements of the new development pattern.The emergence of industri-al digital finance provides an opportunity to solve related problems.As a new financial ecosystem formed by the integration of digital technology,in-dustry and financial services,industrial digital finance is directly oriented towards the development of industrial and real economies,covering all nodes of the industry.It has ecological,inclusive,integrated and digital characteristics,and can play a targeted effect,like"dandelion"effect,re-source optimization effect,and network effect,breaking spatial constraints,promoting factor flow.It also can relieve financing constraints and im-prove risk control levels,achieve development goals such as smooth industrial circulation,leading the creation of new demand,accelerating techno-logical self-reliance and preventing systemic financial risks,to promote the new development pattern of"dual circulation",and promote high-quality development.Given the current development status of industrial digital finance,this article proposes the need to follow the development path of in-tegrating the digital economy and the real economy,transforming digital infrastructure,and upgrading financial service models.Through strategies such as strengthening top-level design,improving institutional construction,increasing investment in science and technology,consolidating digital infrastructure,strengthening application research,and expanding publicity and promotion,we will accelerate the development and growth of indus-trial digital finance.Further empower the new development pattern of"dual circulation".
