On the basis of accurately measurement of the overflow in digital manufacturing technology innovation,a complex network analysis method is employed to construct two types of networks overflowing before and after cross-country technology,and on the basis of inspecting the characteristics of network dynamic evolution and the specific overflow paths,the analysis utilizes Figure model(Tergm)and separated time index random chart model(Stergm)to investigate the driving mechanisms of network spatial evolution.The results show that the number of digital manufacturing technology innovation has continued to increase the number of overflowing network nodes before and after the cross-border,and the connections among these nodes have been consistently strengthened.There are strong agglomeration effects and heterogeneity,showing a clear"small world"feature.The Asia-Pacific economies such as China and the United States and Japan belong to the main beneficiary sector,while Singapore,Austria and most other European economies belong to the two-way overflow or main over-flow sectors.The United States,Germany,the United Kingdom,Singapore and other economies have always possessed strong direct pow-er,access power,intermediary power,and influence.China's direct influence,counter-control,intermediary control and impact on the two types of networks has also risen rapidly,exceeding those of the core economies such as the United States and Germany.There are ob-vious hierarchical effects and time-dependent effects in digital manufacturing technology innovation.Economies with high levels of digital manufacturing innovation,perfect digital infrastructure,and large-scale digital manufacturing industries are more inclined to send out digit-al manufacturing technology overflow,and economies with large digital industry scale also tend to receive more digital technology overflow.The size of the digital industry scale,digital technology innovation,and digital industry value chain are more likely to establish connections for digital technology overflow.Geographical distance inhibits the formation of digital technology spillover relationship,but linguistic prox-imity has the opposite effect.
