Under the background of the current international and domestic double circulation,rural tourism in the suburbs of China has shown explosive growth.Combined with the revitalization of rural areas and the vigorous development of large health industries,it has become important for the architectural design industry to go to the countryside.This paper takes the village fair project of Culture and Health Center located in Jiangba town of Huai'an,Jiangsu as an example to analyse the design principles and design methods of such buildings.This paper gives a specific description of some design considerations that are different from the urban core district complex project in the design process,trying to reflect how to combine the diverse needs of tourism,health care and local communities in the unique context of contemporary Chinese countryside to build a rural complex with dual cultural and social hub functions.
