为国家版本资源永续保存而设计——以中国国家版本馆中央总馆为例

摘要
建设中国国家版本馆,是以习近平同志为核心的党中央作出的重大决策,是文明大国建设的基础工程,是功在当代、利在千秋的标志性文化工程,充分体现了传承发展中华文化的高度自觉、汲取历史智慧更好走向未来的历史主动,具有重要的战略意义[1].国家版本馆的主要任务是保藏,因此版本资源的永续保存是国家版本馆建筑设计的关键所在.在系统梳理了版本资源永续保存面临的主要安全问题的基础上,对国内外版本资源永续保存历史、现状及发展情况进行调查研究和经验归纳,通过中国国家版本馆中央总馆的设计研究和实践总结,从场址选择、长远发展、保藏空间与模式、防灾减灾、环境控制、功能复合、文化传承等7个方面提出我国版本资源永续保存的技术路径.
Abstract
The establishment of the China National Archives of Publications and Culture is a major decision made by the Party Central Committee with Comrade XI Jinping as the core,and a basic project for the construction of a civilised country.It is a landmark cultural project that benefits the present and the future,with important strategic significance as well.The main task of the China National Archives of Publications and Culture is to preserve resources,so the sustainable preservation of archive resources has become the key to the construction of the National Archives of Publications and Culture.On the basis of systematically combing the main security problems faced by the sustainable preservation of archive resources,through the investigation and research on the history,current situation and development of the sustainable preservation of archive resources at home and abroad,it takes the successful experience in combination with the design practice of the Central Hall of the China National Archives of Publications and Culture,to explore the technical ideas for the sustainable preservation of achieve resources in China from seven aspects,including site selection,long-term development,preservation space and form,disaster prevention and mitigation,environmental control,functional combination,and cultural inheritance.
