基于空间句法的湖州市新市古镇历史街区空间形态研究

摘要
本研究梳理总结了湖州新市古镇历史街区的发展演变历程,调查分析了历史街区的现状概况,从完整性和真实性的角度诠释了历史街区的历史价值,从多元化与地域性的角度论述了历史街区文化价值,基于街区历史与价值延伸出空间形态研究逻辑;进而,对历史街区形态研究相关方法进行了概述,提出了应用空间句法研究新市古镇历史街区形态的思路.在此基础上,应用"轴线分析法"对历史街区的可理解度、协同度与深度值进行计算和分析,据此提出了街区路网可理解度低、出入口设置过于集中、传统街巷协同值高等特征与问题;应用"凸空间分析法"选取典型院落进行凸空间划分,生成空间关系图解,进行空间组构结构分析与过渡空间句法分析.研究结果表明,该街区2个典型传统商业院落结构都为树状结构,空间渗透性高,但部分院落空间集成度较低且深度值较大.最后,提出了新市古镇历史街区形态保护与优化的对策建议.
Abstract
The research summarised the development and evolution process of the historic district in the ancient town Xinshi in Huzhou,investigated and analysed the current situation of the historic district,interpreted the historical value of the historic district from the perspectives of integrity and authenticity,and discussed the cultural value of the historic district from the perspectives of diversity and regionality,based on the history and value of the block,this paper extends the logic of the spatial form research.Then,an overview of the relevant methods for studying the form of historic district was provided,and the idea of applying spatial syntax to study the form of historic district in the ancient town Xinshi was proposed.On this basis,the"axis analysis method"is applied to calculate and analyse the comprehensibility,synergy,and depth values of the historic district,and to analyse the features and issues such as low comprehensibility of the street network,concentrated entry and exit points,and high traditional street-lane synergy value.Similarly,the"convex space analysis method"is utilised to select typical courtyards for convex space division,generate spatial relationship diagrams,and analyse spatial structure and transitional space syntax,it was determined that both of the two typical traditional commercial courtyards in this area have a tree-like structure with high spatial permeability.However,some courtyards exhibit lower spatial integration and greater depth values.Finally,recommendations for the preservation and optimisation of the historic district morphology in the ancient town Xinshi are proposed.
