摘要

本文以北京中心城区21个地铁站点与商业综合体地下空间之间的36个地下连接空间为研究对象,梳理地铁站点与商业综合体之间3种不同空间关系下的地下连接空间,并将其划分为5种连接模式:开口连接模式、大厅连接模式、通道连接模式、广场连接模式和地铁上盖模式,结合调研结果讨论影响北京地铁站点与商业综合体连接模式的因素.

Abstract

This paper takes the underground connection space formed by all subway stations and underground commercial space of commercial complexes in the Fourth Ring Road area of Beijing as the research object,classifies the space based on the relative positional relationship between subway stations and commercial complexes,and sorts out 21 subway stations and 36 connections spaces that meet the research requirements.According to the three different location relationships,the existing underground connection spaces in Beijing are divided into five connection modes,which are mainly classified as open connection mode,hall connection mode,channel connection mode,square connection mode and surface cover mode.Finally,the influencing factors of the connection patterns between Beijing subway stations and commercial complexes are discussed based on the investigation results.
