This study provides an in-depth analysis of the necessity of a closed loop of architectural programming and post occupancy evaluation for large public buildings, and introduces graph topology theory and ubiquitous perception technology to help realise intelligent programming and smart evaluation.Targeting key technologies from architectural programming to post occupancy evaluation of large public buildings, the research tasks are hierarchically detailed and the specific research questions, research methods and research objectives of each stage are clarified. At the same time, systematic analysis and application demonstration projects are carried out throughout the research. The focus is on the role of data planning in the overall closed-loop logic.Recent research results are presented on intelligent planning and intelligent post-evaluation specialised technologies. In the future, application demonstrations and verification applications will be further implemented in accordance with the follow-up research plan,so that unified experience and results will be accumulated, and the intelligent management and control data chain of construction projects will be opened up.
