Under the industry demand for green buildings to shift from technology led to a balance between technology and design,research has traced the nature and ability of building spaces to respond to external climate and regulate indoor environments.This article focuses on Huizhou residential buildings,using qualitative analysis methods to identify architectural space and its performance attributes,and revealing their mechanisms of action;adopt quantitative simulation methods to verify the effectiveness of spatial performance attributes.The above research demonstrates that space has performance attributes,providing theoretical basis and methodological support for green design from a spatial perspective.
