Research on Practical Analysis and Strategies of Comprehensive Improvement in Beijing Under the Background of"Preservation,Transformation and Demolition":Information Extraction Analysis Based on Public Cases of China's Tendering and Bidding Public Service
At present,urban renewal is in a transitional period from"Demolition,Reconstruction and Preservation",dominated by large-scale demolition and construction,to"Preservation,Transformation and Demolition"dominated by preservation,in which the comprehensive improvement action corresponding to"Preservation"has become an increasingly important part of urban renewal,but it face difficulties such as insufficient funding sources,complicated rights subjects,and unclear control factors.Comprehensive improvement in Beijing is a typical example of this.Based on relevant policies in recent years,this paper sorts out the policy stage orientation and spatial circle function orientation of the comprehensive improvement in Beijing,and collects the public cases information of the comprehensive improvement in Beijing in recent years through the China Tendering and Bidding Public Service Platform,analysing the characteristics of the comprehensive improvement practice in Beijing,the implementation of the policy orientation at each stage,and the impact of the advantages and disadvantages on the functions of the spatial circle.Based on the analysis results,this paper puts forward promotion strategies from the aspects of capital sources,spatial distribution,spatial scale and renovation depth.
