摘要

京奉铁路沿线铁路住宅建筑是区域铁路遗产群的重要类型和组成部分.研究梳理总结了京奉铁路沿线铁路住宅建筑的分类、总体布局、各等级住宅的平面形式、立面形式、结构体系与材料、建筑门窗与采暖设施等形制特征,分析了住宅沿线分布情况和遗存概况.在此基础上,选取沈阳皇姑屯站英国工程司住宅作为研究样本,解析其历史沿革与保护现状,并阐述了其在建筑总体布局、功能空间与形式、建筑营造技术与环境调控等方面依据标准建造模式并与地域属性相匹配的建筑特征.最后,对历史建筑的保护与再利用进行了综合评述.

Abstract

Railway residential buildings along the Peking-Mukden Railway are an important type and part of the regional railway heritage group.The study sorted out and summarised the classification,overall layout,plan form,façade form,structural system and materials,building doors and windows,and heating facilities of railway residential buildings along the Peking-Mukden Railway,and analysed the distribution and remains of residential buildings along the line.On this basis,the residence of the British Engineering Department at Huanggutun Station in Shenyang is selected as a research sample,and its historical evolution and protection status,and elaborate on its architectural features in terms of overall layout,functional space and form,building construction technology,and environmental regulation are analysed,which are based on standard construction patterns and matched with regional attributes.Finally,a comprehensive evaluation is conducted on the protection and reuse of historical buildings.
